tinplate suppliers must pay attention to below question in the stamping process:
1.) Do not touch the tinplate spte directly with your hands, you must wear gloves;
2.) Do not drip water, oil or sweat from the machine and body on the electrolytic tinplate in sheets;
3.) After stamping a certain amount of electrolytic tinplate in sheets, use pneumatic blowing to clean the surface of the mold and material to prevent iron filings from attaching to the surface of the mold or material, and avoid damaging the surface of the tinplate spte after stamping;
4.) The tinplate spte that has not been stamped must be packaged with the same film, which is waterproof and moisture-proof, and is convenient for next use.
