Therefore, electrolytic tin plate printing inks are required to have good adhesion and corresponding machinery performance.
（2）Characteristics of electrolytic tin plate printing white ink
The commonly used primer is epoxy-amine based, with light color, no yellowing and aging after repeated baking, and good flexibility and impact resistance.
(3) Characteristics of electrolytic tin plate printing color ink
In addition to the basic properties of general offset printing inks, electrolytic tin plate printing inks have heat resistance, strong ink film adhesion, impact resistance, good rigidity, cooking resistance and light resistance according to the characteristics of tin plate sheet printing .
(4) Special structure of tin plate sheet printing equipment
Due to the different substrates, the auxiliary mechanism of the tin plate sheet printing machine is also different from the offset printing machine. Electrolytic tin plate is insoluble in water and does not adsorb solvents, so electrolytic tin plate printing inks need to be baked at high temperature to cure the solvent volatile conjunctiva. Therefore, an oven is generally required in the tin plate sheet printing process device.
