Epoxy-phenolic resin coating: This coating has the widest application range. It has good corrosion resistance to acidic foods, and its epoxy resin component makes it have good adhesion and flexibility. Its baking temperature is about 200 ～ 210 ℃ / 15min. It is mainly suitable for soup, meat, fish, fruit and fruit cans. The content ratio of the two resins can be varied within a wide range. Although the adjusted formula is phosphate-resistant, it reduces the adhesion of phenolic resins. For foods with high sulfur content, zinc oxide and aluminum powder filling materials can be added: to prevent the occurrence of sulfur spots on the inner wall of the tank. Addition of zinc oxide coating is not suitable for acidic foods, it will cause discoloration of individual green vegetables.
Acrylic resin coating: It is usually made of white with titanium dioxide filling material. It has good flexibility and excellent sulfur resistance. It is mainly used for vegetables, soups and foods that contain sulfur spots. The inner wall of the can after opening has a ceramic-like pleasing appearance.
