Tinplate printing ink has high temperature resistance. The surface of tinplate is smooth, non-absorptive, and does not penetrate water and solvents. Drying is mainly accomplished by the volatilization of the oxide film and ink solvent, and the drying speed is slow. Generally, baking is required to complete drying, so tinplate printing ink has good heat resistance, and the pigment will not discolor after baking at high temperature. At the same time, tinplate food boxes,tinplate medicine boxes and other tinplate packaging boxes must be sterilized by high-temperature cooking, and the printing ink does not change color or yellow in this environment.
